1. Delivery Area & Timing

• Within Lahore: Orders will be delivered within 1–2 business days.

• Out of City (Other Cities in Pakistan): Orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

2. Tracking Information
Shipping tracking numbers are provided on demand. Not every customer automatically receives a tracking ID, but upon request, we provide full tracking information so you can monitor your parcel.

3. Exceptions & Delays
Vixo.pk is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Government holidays or public holidays

• Protests, strikes, or unusual events

• Issues caused by shipping or courier companies

However, we commit to fully support our customers and will do our best to ensure the parcel reaches you as soon as possible. Any issue during shipping will be handled with full assistance to resolve it quickly.
