Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received.
• Product received damaged or defective.
• Any clear mistake from our side.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Herbal, personal-care and body-use products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or unsatisfactory results after using a product.

For kitchen, home décor, toys and other general products, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

All returns, replacements and refunds are subject to verification and approval.

Note: This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Pakistani law.
